Objectives and content: To understand the fundamental nature that we reconnect, appreciate our body and life force that is offered by universe. Seek the essence of beauty and recognize that there are lightness and darkness in the nature or life. When you dance with pure heart, naturally the beauty of individual dance appears.
Credits: 2 ECTS given by Taideyliopiston Teatterikorkeakoulu (Theatre Academy, University of the Arts Helsinki). Students must attend approx. 80 % of classes.
